RULES FOR ENTRANTS
- ALL CLASSES (except for junior classes) are open to everyone
- Entrants to the junior classes can include grandchildren, etc, as well as children!
- There are no entry fees
- Only one entry, per person, per class
- All entry forms, together with all photographic entries, must be completed and sent or handed to Mrs D Creed, Springfield Stores, Hardington Moor by 12 noon, Wednesday 24th August 2022 at the latest
- In Sections A and B every exhibit to be grown in the exhibitor's own garden
- Photographic entries must have been taken since August 2021. Max. size to be 7” x 5” (18cm x 13cm) unmounted, black and white or colour print
- In Section D entrants should indicate if any part of the entry is not their own work (e.g. a picture frame)
- In Section E (Junior classes) all work to have been done by the entrant at home or in school since August 2021. Age to be stated on both entry form and exhibit
- In Section F (Floral Art) flowers may be home grown or purchased
- All entries except photographs to be staged at the Village Hall by the exhibitor from 8.45am to 10.30am on the day of the show. The hall will be cleared of exhibitors at 10.30am prompt, ready for judging
- Prizes and trophies will be presented at 4pm.
- No entries to be removed until after the prize-giving ceremony.
- In the event of insufficient entries in any class, or exhibits of inadequate standard, the judges may withhold any or all of the prizes.
- The judges’ decisions will be final.

Section A – Vegetables and Fruit – Judge: Roy Gunning
All classes to be a single variety, unless otherwise stated and named if known.
