- Any damage must be paid for - please notify booking clerk - we rely on hirer's honesty!
- One copy of form to be delivered to booking clerk prior to collection of items - contact booking clerk for appropriate collection and return time please.
- The above rates can only be varied with the approval of the hall management committee.
